The applications listed herein have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and
not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies.

 Renewal


 Application to renew authorization of its existing authority under Section 325c by Uniradio Corp ("Uniradio") to deliver programming to station
 XERCN/XRCN-AM, Tijuana Mexico.  The station operates on 1470 KHz with operating powers of 5,000 watts day and night.


Comments and Petitions to deny must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be filed no
later than 30 days from the date of this Public Notice.  Filings may be submitted electronically via the Pleadings and
Comments link on the MyIBFS homepage (https://licensing.fcc.gov/myibfs) referencing the file number(s) of the
application(s) or filed on paper by adhering to the Commission's latest guidance which encourages parties to submit
paper filings by UPS, FedEx, Freight or any overnight mail service and should be addressed to the new filing location for
paper documents: Federal Communications Commission, 9050 Junction Drive, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701. As
explained in an Order released on May 28, 2020 and published in the Federal Register on June 30, 2020, (Amendment of
the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, Order, DA 20-562, (OMD rel. May 28, 2020),

hand-carried documents will no longer be accepted at the FCC headquarters and, after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted,
the address identified above will be the only location where hand-carried documents for the Commission will be
accepted. All filings must be addressed to the attention of the Commission's Secretary, Office of the Secretary, Federal
