The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Petition for Declaratory Ruling

 Avanti Hylas 2 Ltd. seeks U.S. market access for the U.K.-licensed HYLAS-4 at the 33.5º W.L. orbital location to provide GSO FSS service in
 the  29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.  Avanti also requests that the HYLAS-4 be added to
 the Permitted Space Station List.

 Special Temporary Authority

 Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, requests special temporary authority, for 180 days, to operate the Horizons 2 space station at the
 84.85° E.L. orbital location, consistent with its prior authorization at that location.  Horizons 2 is currently authorized to drift to, and operate at,
 the 73.8° W.L. orbital location, but Intelsat plans to keep the space station at 84.85° E.L. temporarily due to a change in business plans.
 Horizons 2 operates in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and provides telemetry,
 tracking and command using the following center frequencies: 12196.0 MHz and 12198.625 MHz (space-to-Earth); 14000.5 MHz and 14499.5
 MHz (Earth-to-space).


CORRECTIONS
SAT-RPL-20210812-00102         S3099       SES Americom, Inc.
We are correcting the Public Notice, Report No. SAT-01577, that accepted for filing SES Americom, Inc.'s application for  authority to
launch, test, and operate SES-21, a C-band replacement space station to replace the C-band capacity on SES-3.  In that Public Notice, , we
stated that:  "SES requests authority to locate SES-21 at the 103.5° W.L. orbital location to replace the C-band operations of the SES-3
satellite (located at 103° W.L)."  We correct that sentence, and add a sentence, to read, "SES requests authority to locate SES-21 at the
103.05° W.L. orbital location with an east-west station-keeping tolerance of +/- 0.1 degrees to replace the C-band operations of the SES-3
satellite (located at 103° W.L).  SES seeks a waiver of Section 25.210(j) in connection with this application."
