                S&P GLOBAL INTERVIEWS SIMINGTON 
                                     
WASHINGTON, D.C., February 17, 2022—On February 15, Commissioner Nathan 
Simington of the Federal Communications Commission spoke with David DiMolfetta 
of S&P Global Market Intelligence.  Commissioner Simington spoke on several of his 
priorities, including improving rules related to protection from interference to create 
greater certainty for spectrum users; addressing safety concerns in wireless devices at 
the signal layer; and adapting regulatory approaches to launch and satellite operations 
to accommodate a rapidly-emerging space economy, among other topics.
