The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 530 kilometers using the following frequency bands: 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth) for downlinking payload data; 9500-9800 MHz for SAR
 imaging; 2262.75-2264.25 MHz (space-to-Earth) for TT&C downlink operations with earth stations outside the United States and
 2086.836-2086.964 MHz (Earth-to-space) for telecommand operations.

 Special Temporary Authority

 EchoStar BSS Corporation requests renewal of its special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to continue to operate the EchoStar 15
 satellite to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite service over channels 1 and 2 at the 61.65° W.L. orbital location using the 12.2-12.7 GHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. EchoStar states that it will continue to comply with conditions set forth in
