 On March 10, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the petition of Hispamar Satélites, S.A.  for U.S. market access for its
 Brazil-authorized Amazonas Nexus space station, at the 61° W.L. orbital location.  Amazonas Nexus is added to the Commission's Permitted List
 for fixed-satellite service in the 10.7-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 17.85-18.8
 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 27.5-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
