The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Modification to PDR/PPL

 WorldVu Satellites Limited has petitioned for modification of its grant of U.S. market access for a 720-satellite, non-geostationary satellite
 system licensed by the United Kingdom.  WorldVu seeks market access for an enlarged constellation of 6,372 satellites, of which 716 satellites
 would be deployed in an initial phase.  WorldVu also requests waiver of sections 25.116(c), 25.146(a)(1), 25.155(b), and 25.157 of the
 Commission's rules, to the extent necessary.  The modified WorldVu system would continue to operate at an approximate altitude of 1200 km
 using the 10.7-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 14-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 17.8-18.6 GHz (space-to-Earth), 18.8-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth),
 27.5-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.5-30 GHz (Earth-to-space) bands.  This petition, as amended, is being referred to the relevant Executive
 Branch agencies for their views on any national security, law enforcement, foreign policy or trade policy concerns related to the potential for
 routing of U.S. traffic outside the United States through inter-satellite links without the use of a gateway earth station located in the United States.
