This Erratum amends the Second Further Notice by adding a Paperwork Reduction Act Analysis paragraph to the “Procedural Matters” section. Paragraphs 42 and 43 of the “Ordering Clauses” section are renumbered as paragraphs 43 and 44, and a new paragraph 42 is added to read as follows: “42. Paperwork Reduction Act Analysis. This document contains proposed information collection requirements. The Commission, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, invites the general public and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to comment on the information collection requirements contained in this document, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13.
