Specifically, SES requests authority to reorient the satellite's C-band beams to repoint the North American and South American beams to provide coverage to the Caribbean. NSS-10 operates at the 37.45° W.L. orbital location and uses the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies. Telemetry, tracking, and command is performed using the following center frequencies: 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 3700.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth).
