      We have received the Motion to Dismiss (Motion) filed by defendant Verizon 
Pennsylvania LLC (Verizon).1  We now suspend the schedule for this proceeding2 so that 
Complainants may, if they so choose, file an opposition to the Motion, and so that we may 
consider the Motion and any opposition.3  Given the complexity of the Motion, Complainants 
may have until May 27, 2022 to file their opposition. 4
