The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Launch and Operating Authority

 Astrobotic Technology, Inc. requests authority to deploy and operate its Peregrine spacecraft (PM1), a lunar lander.  Astrobotic requests authority
 to operate in the space operations service, including for telemetry, tracking, and command, and in the space research service, using the following
 frequency bands: 8450-8500 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 7190-7235 MHz (Earth-to-space).  PM1's X-band communication system will be
 supported during all phases of the mission by NASA's Deep Space Network (DSN).  After landing on the Moon, PM1 will begin its surface
 operations phase, which includes communications support for objects that will separate from the lander.  PM1 is designed to provide the services
 for one lunar day.  Astrobotic requests waiver of submission of GXT files in their Schedule S and waiver of section 25.123(b)(10) of the
 Commission's rules.  This application was filed under the small spacecraft process, 47 CFR § 25.123.
