                                  Space Station Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Modification

 Umbra Lab, Inc. seeks modification of its license to change the deployment altitude range and the operational altitude range for its
 non-geostationary orbit constellation.  Specifically, Umbra proposes to:  (1) change the operational altitude range from 565 km +/- 30 km to 517
 km +/- 30 km; and (2) change the deployment altitude range from 550 km +/- 25 km to 525 km +/- 25 km.

 Modification to PDR/PPL

 On April 13, 2022, Avanti Hylas 2 Ltd. (Avanti) underwent a change in ownership as a result of a reorganization conducted pursuant to the
 bankruptcy laws of the United Kingdom. Under the reorganization, Avanti became a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Plate Newco 1 Limited,
 a United Kingdom limited company in which HPS Investment Partners LLC and Solus Alternative Asset Management LP each hold an
 approximate 42% interest.

 Pursuant to Section 25.137(g) of the Commission's rules, the Satellite Division seeks comment on whether this transaction affects any of the
 considerations made when the Avanti HYLAS-4 space station was granted U. S. market entry.
