The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 Launch and Operating Authority

 Intelsat License LLC requests authority to launch and operate Galaxy 36 as a replacement satellite for Galaxy 28 (S2160) with additional
 frequencies at the 89.0° W.L. orbital location, in order to provide fixed-satellite service in the 3700-4200 MHz, 10.7-11.2 GHz, and 11.7-12.2
 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 5925-6425 MHz, 12.75-13.25 GHz, and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.  Intelsat also requests
 authority for Galaxy 36 to operate telemetry, tracking, and command in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz
 (Earth-to-space) bands.

 Modification

 ViaSat seeks a modification of its market access grant for the VIASAT-3 satellite, authorized to operate at the 88.9° W.L. orbital location.
 ViaSat requests that the Commission extend the launch and operation milestone of VIASAT-3 from October 31, 2022, until April 30, 2023.
 VIASAT-3 is authorized to use the 17.7-18.3 GHz, 19.3-19.4 GHz, and 19.6-19.7 GHz, and 27.5-28.1 and 29.25-29.5 GHz frequency bands.

 Modification

 Intelsat License LLC requests modification of the license for the Galaxy 33 space station in order to: (1) reflect surrender of authority to operate
 in the 10.95-11.2 GHz band; (2) add authority to operate in the 19.63-19.7 GHz band (space-to-Earth); (3) add authority to operate telemetry,
 tracking and command (TT&C) in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) bands using tunable TT&C in
 100 kHz steps; and (4) update other technical specifications, including Galaxy 33's beam coverage, deorbit altitude, and reserve propellant.
