                                  Space Station Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Launch and Operating Authority

 Turion Space Corp. requests authority to deploy and operate one satellite, DROID-1, in low-Earth, non-geostationary orbit.  DROID-1 would
 deploy to an altitude between 525-575 kilometers with an inclination of 97.5 degrees and then maneuver to 550 kilometers (+/- 25 kilometers)
 with an inclination of 97.5 degrees (+/- 0.1 degrees).  Turion Space seeks to perform space operations and space research using the following
 frequency bands: 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth), 2200-2290 MHz (space-to-Earth) for downlink and telemetry operations outside the United
 States, and 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space) for command operations.  Turion Space requests waiver of the U.S. Table of Frequency
 Allocations, section 2.106 of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR § 2.106.  Turion Space requests that its application be processed in accordance
 with the small satellite licensing procedures in section 25.122 of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR § 25.122.

 Modification

 DIRECTV Enterprises LLC requests modification of the license for the D10 space station (formerly known as T10) by extending the license term
 from September 14, 2022, until February 28, 2027.  The D10 space station provides direct-to-home, fixed-satellite service from the 102.8° W.L.
 orbital location using the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 28.35-28.6 GHz and 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
 Telemetry, tracking, and command operations are conducted using the following center frequencies: 18.30025 and 18.30075 GHz
 (space-to-Earth); and 29.251 GHz and 29.493 GHz (Earth-to-space).

 SES Americom, Inc. requests modification of the license for the AMC-3 space station by extending the license term from September 30, 2022,
 until February 1, 2027.  The AMC-3 space station operates in the fixed-satellite service from the 72° W.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200
 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
 bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command is conducted using the following center frequencies: 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space); and 3700.5 MHz,
 4199.5 MHz, 11.702 GHz, and 12.180 GHz (space-to-Earth).
