On September 30, 2022, the Commission released a Fourth Report and Order and Sixth Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Report and Order and Further Notice), FCC 22-76, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Report and Order and Further Notice as indicated below:
1. In paragraph 173, replace “64.611(k)(1)(iv)-(v)” with “64.611(k)(1)(i)-(iii).”
