On December 29, 2022, the Satellite Division granted a 60-day extension, to March 8, 2023, for Intelsat License LLC to satisfy the
condition in its license for Galaxy 36 requiring Intelsat to post a surety bond in satisfaction of 46 CFR §§ 25.165(a) & (b).
