 On February 27, 2023, the Satellite Division authorized Momentus Space LLC to deploy and operate a non-geostationary satellite orbit
 spacecraft to be known as VIGORIDE-6 (VR-6), which would deploy customer spacecraft into low-Earth orbit.  The VR-6 space station would
 be deployed to a sun-synchronous orbit between 480 km and 520 km, and would conduct a number of maneuvers in LEO in addition to
 deploying spacecraft.  VR-6 is authorized to operate for a period of up to 250 days, using the 8025-8400 MHz and 400.15-401 MHz
 (space-to-Earth) bands for telemetry and tracking, and the 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space) band for command operations.

 On March 2, 2023, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for an additional period
 of 60 days, to continue to operate Intelsat 11's C-band beam over a new coverage area in the fixed-satellite service, using the 3700-4200 MHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 43.0º W.L. orbital location.

 Grant of Authority                                                                      Effective Date: 02/28/2023


 On February 28, 2023, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30
 days, to operate Intelsat 902's C-band beam over a new coverage area in the fixed-satellite service, using the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth)
 and 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 50.1º W.L. orbital location.
