these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified.

 Grant of Authority                                                                      Effective Date: 04/20/2023


 On April 20, 2023, the Satellite Programs and Policy Division granted, with conditions, the request of Astranis Projects USA LLC, for special
 temporary authority, for a period of up to 60 days to operate the Arcturus geostationary-orbit satellite, authorized for operations at the 163º W.L.
 orbital location, using the following center frequencies for telemetry, tracking, and command: 28.352 GHz and 28.355 GHz (Earth-to-space) and
 19.702 GHz and 19.705 GHz (space-to-Earth).
