State Rd 39 PO Box 408 Buffalo, IN 47925 (574) 278-7121 Implementation date: Pursuant to 47 CFR § 51.333(b)(2), the implementation date will be on or after the date that is 15 days following the Federal Communications Commission’s release of the public notice of this filing, as the copper facilities being retired are not currently being used to provide service to any customers. Planned network change(s) will occur at the following locations in Indiana: Pulaski County and White County, which include the towns of Buffalo, Monticello, Pulaski, Star City, Thornhope, Sitka, and Winamac. Description of planned network change(s): Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. d/b/a LightStream intends to retire a number of copper facilities in Pulaski County and White County and to continue providing services over a fiber network infrastructure. Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. has deployed its fiber-to-the-home network in the areas prior to retiring the copper facilities in these areas. The fiber-to-the-home network allows subscribers to purchase internet service. The TDM-based services are still offered and available over the existing fiber. There will be no change in the underlying features and functionalities in their service. Description of reasonably foreseeable impact(s) of planned network change(s): Since the deployment of its fiber-to-the-home network in the listed areas, Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. no longer offers services over copper facilities in these areas and will cease maintaining the copper facilities. However, it will still provide all voice and broadband services via its fiber-to-the-home network that has replaced the copper facilities, and subscribers have the opportunity to purchase voice and/or broadband service plans using the fiber-to-the-home network. 7099167 Interconnecting Providers: There are no telephone exchange service providers that directly interconnect with Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc.’s network; therefore, no certificate of service is required to be filed with this Public Notice of Copper Retirement pursuant to 47 CFR § 51.333(a). 7099167
