The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Launch and Operating Authority

 Muon Space Inc. requests authority to construct, deploy, and operate two low-Earth orbit, non-geostationary satellites that would operate in the
 Earth-Exploration Satellite Service (EESS) in sun-synchronous orbit at an altitude of approximately 550 kilometers, with a possible range of
 500-600 kilometers, and an inclination of 97.5 degrees (+/- 0.5 degrees), and to operate down to an altitude as low as 200 kilometers.  Muon
 Space requests authority to operate in the following frequency bands: 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth) for EESS and tracking and telemetry
 downlink operations and 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space) for command uplink operations.  Specifically, Muon Space requests to operate using
 a center frequency of 8205 MHz with a bandwidth of 90 MHz for its EESS downlink; center frequencies of 2062.5 MHz and 2067.5 MHz with a
 bandwidth of 3.5 MHz for its command uplink; and center frequencies of 8385 MHz and 8390 MHz with a bandwidth of 3.5 MHz for its
 tracking and telemetry downlink.  Muon Space seeks waivers of sections 25.156 and 25.157 of the Commission's rules.

 Launch and Operating Authority

 Sidus Space, Inc. requests authority to construct, deploy, and operate four low-Earth orbit, non-geostationary satellites, to be known as the
 LizzieSat-3 through -6, that would operate in the Earth-Exploration Satellite Service (EESS) at an altitude of 525 kilometers (+/- 20 kilometers)
 and an inclination of 97.5 degrees.  The satellites would operate down to an altitude of no lower than 300 kilometers.  Sidus Space requests
 authority to operate in the following frequency bands: 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth) for the EESS downlink, 2025-2110 MHz
 (Earth-to-space) for command uplink, and 2200-2290 MHz (space-to-Earth) for backup data downlink and tracking and telemetry downlink.
 Specifically, Sidus Space requests to operate using center frequencies of 8046 MHz and 8379 MHz with a bandwidth of 42 MHz for its EESS
 data downlink; center frequencies of 2025.35 MHz, 2070.85 MHz, and 2027.65 MHz with a bandwidth of 0.7 MHz for its command uplink; and
 center frequencies of 2201.25 MHz, 2262.25 MHz, and 2283.25 MHz with a bandwidth of 2.5 MHz for telemetry and tracking and backup data
 downlink.  Sidus Space seeks waivers of the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations, section 2.106 of the Commission's rules, and sections 25.156,
 25.157, and 25.217(b) of the Commission's rules.

 ORBCOMM License Corp. requests modification of its license for a non-voice, non-geostationary satellite system to extend the license term an
 additional 15 years, until April 11, 2040.  ORBCOMM requests waiver of the Commission's rules, to the extent necessary, to consider this
 application as a minor modification.
