 Class of Station:

 On January 2, 2024, Moynk Properties, LLC was granted special temporary authority for 60 days, beginning on January 2, 2024, through March
 1, 2024, to operate two Viasat 5.4m antennas on its fixed earth station in Kapolei, HI to communicate with the non-geostationary satellite orbit
 (NGSO) satellites Capella 2, 3, and 4 (S3073); Capella 5 and 6 (S3080); Capella 7 and 8 (S3100); Capella 9 and 10 (S3137); and Capella Acadia
 1 and 2 (S3162) using center frequencies 2036 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 8027 MHz and 8212.5 MHz (space-to-Earth).
