The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Special Temporary Authority

 Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking and command (TT&C)
 operations necessary to drift Intelsat 9 from the 310.0° E.L. orbital location to the 66.25° E.L. orbital location.  Intelsat would use the following
 TT&C center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz and 11.7020 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4945 GHz (Earth-to-space).

 Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking and command (TT&C)
 operations necessary to drift Intelsat 10 from the 177.8° E.L. orbital location to the 66.10° E.L. orbital location.  Intelsat would use the following
 TT&C center frequencies: 11.6990 GHz, 12.7475 GHz, 12.7485 GHz, and 12.7495 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz
 (Earth-to-space).
