                                  Space Station Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Launch and Operating Authority

 Firefly Aerospace, Inc. requests authority to construct, deploy, and operate one satellite, Elytra-1, in low-Earth, non-geostationary orbit, for a
 period of up to one year.  Firefly proposes to use frequencies in the 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 2200-2290 MHz (space-to-Earth)
 bands and operate at an altitude of 475 kilometers (+/- 20km) at an inclination of 97.3 degrees (+/- 0.15 degrees).  Firefly also requests authority
 to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 2251.11408 (space-to-Earth) and 2072.900882
 (Earth-to-space).  Firefly requests waivers of sections 25.156, 25.157, 25.164, and 25.165 of the Commission's rules.  Firefly also requests a
 waiver of section 2.106, Footnote US347.

 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List

 Embratel TVSAT Telecomunicacões S.A. seeks to add the Star One C4 satellite, operating at the 70° W.L. orbital location under Brazilian
 authority, to the Commission's Permitted Space Station List.  Embratel seeks U.S. market access for the Star One C4 satellite using the 14.0-14.5
 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. Embratel seeks a waiver of sections 25.164 and 25.165 of the
 Commission's rules.
