not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies.

 Renewal

 Application for Section 325 (c) renewal permit of Uniradio Corp ("Uniradio") to deliver Spanish language sports programs and baseball games to
 Mexican radio station XEMO-AM, Tijuana, Mexico ("Station"). The station operates on 860 kHz with an authorized power of 10.0 kW daytime
 and 7.5 kW nighttime.


Comments and Petitions to deny must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be filed no
later than 30 days from the date of this Public Notice.  Filings may be submitted electronically via the Pleadings and
Comments link on the ICFS homepage (https://licensing.fcc.gov/myibfs) referencing the file number(s) of the
