Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is 
determined that the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. 
Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action 
on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and other pleadings filed in 
response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless otherwise 
noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Launch and Operating Authority

Space Logistics, LLC requests authority to operate the telemetry and commanding systems of a Mission 
Robotic Vehicle, MRV-1, spacecraft to conduct servicing missions in and around GSO orbit.
 
Space Logistics seeks to operate in the following frequencies:

   • 5925–6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) - TT&C
   • 3700–4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) - TT&C
   • 2025–2110 MHz (Earth-to-space) - TT&C
   • 2200–2290 MHz (space-to-Earth) - TT&C

 
Space Logistics seeks waiver of the following Commission rules:

   • Section 2.106.
   • Sections 25.164, 25.165
   • Section 25.114(c)
   • Section 25.147
