Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is 
determined that the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. 
Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action 
on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and other pleadings filed in 
response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless otherwise 
noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Space Sciences & Engineering LLC (d/b/a PlanetiQ) requests authority to deploy and operate two 
satellites, GNOMES-10 and GNOMES-11.  PlanetiQ seeks to operate in the following bands:

   • 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space)- TT&C
   • 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth)- TT&C

 
GNOMES-10: 575 +/-25 km - 350 km, 97.6 +/-0.5 degree inclination
 
GNOMES-11:  575 +/-25 km down to 350 km, 53 +/-0.1 degree inclination
 
PlanetiQ requests waiver of the following Commission rule:

Galaxy 28 space station by operating the space station at a new orbital location of 27.1º W.L.  
 
Intelsat seeks authority to operate Galaxy 28 in the following frequencies:

   • 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth)
   • 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth)
   • 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space)
   • 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)

 
Intelsat requests waivers of the following Commission rules:

Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to conduct telemetry, 
tracking, and command (TT&C) operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 11 in a controlled drift at 330 
kilometers above the geostationary arc.
 
Intelsat seeks to use the following frequencies for telemetry, tracking and command:

   • 11.448 GHz; 11.449 GHz (space-to-Earth)
   • 13.2465 GHz, 13.9955 GHz (Earth-to-space)
