See 47 CFR § 1.730(c). 2) The parties should meet in an effort to narrow facts and issues in dispute regarding discovery and to address other issues as follow in this paragraph. By MAY 22, 2026, the parties must file a single joint statement that addresses: (a) stipulated facts, disputed facts, and key legal issues; (b) all proposals agreed to and any disputes remaining regarding discovery; (c) settlement prospects (including mediation); and (d) proposals regarding briefing. 3) We will convene a status conference on JUNE 8, 2026 at 9:30 AM (EDT). The conference will be held at the Federal Communications Commission, 45 L Street, NE, Washington, DC 20054. See 47 CFR § 1.733. We require counsel for each party to attend in-person, and we require each party to include in the conference a client representative with knowledge of the central facts and authority to settle the dispute (who may attend in-person or remotely). After clearing security at the L Street entrance, the parties should call Adam Suppes at 418-0324 or Ryan McDonald at 418-0156 to be escorted to the conference. The parties should be prepared to spend at least three hours in conference. Among other matters, staff will rule on any remaining discovery disputes and issue a briefing schedule during the conference, or shortly thereafter. 4) Discovery must be completed by JUNE 22, 2026. Should either party have any questions, please advise staff and opposing counsel by email, and we will convene a conference call.
