The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The 
Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is 
determined that the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. 
Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action 
on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and other pleadings filed in 
response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless otherwise 
noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Launch and Operating Authority

Impulse Space, Inc. requests authority to deploy and operate NGSO satellite Impulse-4 in the Space 
Operation Service and Space Research Service.  Impulse-4 will maneuver between a series of orbits at 
an inclination of 88 degrees +/- 2 degrees with perigees between 200 +/- 25 km and 800 +/- 50 km and 
apogees between 350 +/- 25 km and 1450 +/- 150 km.  
 
Impulse Space seeks authority to operate in the following frequencies:

   • 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-Space)
   • 8450-8500 MHz (space-to-Earth)

 
Impulse Space requests waivers of the following Commission rules:
