Rogue Space Systems Corporation (Rogue) requests authority to deploy and operate the Orbital Test 
Platform-2B (“OTP-2B”) non-geostationary orbit spacecraft at an altitude of approximately 510 km with 
an approximate inclination of 97.4 degrees for a period of five years.
 
OTP-2B will operate in the following frequency bands:

   • 2025-2110 MHz band (Earth-to-space)
   • 2200-2290 MHz band (space-to-Earth)
   • 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth)
   • 18.8-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth)
