Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is 
determined that the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. 
Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action 
on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and other pleadings filed in 
response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless otherwise

Cowboy Space requests authority to deploy and operate a constellation of 20,000 NGSO satellites to 
operate as a system of in-orbit data centers in dawn-dusk sun-synchronous orbits at altitudes between 
700 and 1000 km.
 
Cowboy Space seeks authority to operate in the following frequencies for TT&C:

   • 18.8-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth)
   • 28.6-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space)
