Carr will be joined today by members of the Ohio Congressional delegation. Chairman Carr issued the following statement: “It’s great to be back in Ohio today, visiting with some of America’s hardworking tower workers, broadband builders, and local broadcasters. With President Trump’s leadership and the FCC’s Build America Agenda, we are putting policies in place that will continue to accelerate Internet infrastructure builds and empower broadcasters to serve their communities. Across Ohio, Internet speeds are up and competition is stronger than ever. The FCC will keep working until the job is done. “I want to thank Senator Bernie Moreno as well as Representatives Bob Latta, Dave Joyce, and Michael Rulli for hosting me in the Buckeye State today, as they continue to deliver great wins for Ohio.” Additional Background: On his first stop today, Chairman Carr will join Congressman Dave Joyce at a broadband build.
