The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The 
Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is 
determined that the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. 
Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action 
on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and other pleadings filed in 
response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless otherwise 
noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Capella Space Corp. (Capella) requests authority to modify the parameters of its NGSO Acadia system 
to: (1) consolidate and increase the orbital tolerances of existing NGSO orbital planes for its Acadia 
satellites to 630 km for two orbital planes and modify the inclination angle for one plane to 42-56 
degrees; (2) add two additional NGSO satellites to the Acadia system authorization; (3) consolidate all 
satellites authorized as part of the same NGSO satellite system under call signs S3162 and S3178 into 
one call sign (S3178), by transitioning the space-station license authorized under Call Sign S3162 to Call 
Sign S3178; and (4) extend the license term of all satellites in the constellation to August 24, 2038.
 
Capella’s satellites will continue to operate in the following frequencies:

     2. 2. 1626.5-1660.0 MHz (space-to-space)
     3. 3. 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space)
     4. 4. 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth)
     5. 5. 9300-9900 MHz (EES Sensing - Synthetic Aperture Radar)

system to increase the maximum operational altitude from 600 km to 610 km and modify the orbital 
location to add the inclination range of 53 (± 1.0) degrees to the currently authorized inclination ranges 
of 45 (± 1.1), 88 (± 2.1), and 97.7 (± 0.4) degrees.

53.1 degrees; (4) change the operational inclination to 52 to 56 degrees; (5) add thirteen new Earth 
stations, amend eight previously coordinated Earth stations to reflect new coordinates and/or duty cycles, 
and remove four previously coordinated Earth stations.
