ERRATUM

On May 21, 2026, the Commission released a Sixth Report and Order and Fifth Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 26-33, in the above-captioned proceedings.  This Erratum contains modifications to the caption of the Sixth Report and Order and to the amendatory text and codified text in Appendix A of the Sixth Report and Order to add language for a rule amendment that was adopted in the Sixth Report and Order but inadvertently omitted from Appendix A and to correct a section heading that was inadvertently changed, as indicated below:
1. In the caption on page 1, WC Docket No. 19-195 should be listed first, and WC Docket No. 11-10 should be listed second.
2. In amendatory instruction 2 of Appendix A, replace “Amend § 1.7001(d) by revising paragraph (d)(4) to read as follows” with “Amend § 1.7001 by revising paragraphs (a)(1) and (d)(4) to read as follows”.
3. In amendatory instruction 2 of Appendix A, insert the following language after the amendatory instruction and before the language setting forth paragraph (d)(4): 
(a) * * *
(1) Broadband connection.  Connections of a “broadband internet access service,” as defined in 47 CFR § 8.1(b).

4. After amendatory instruction 4 of Appendix A, replace the heading “Scope and content of filed reports” with the heading “Disclosure of data in the Fabric and Broadband Data Collection filings”.
