ERRATUM

Released:  August 24, 2026

By the Managing Director and the Chief, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:

On July 24, 2026, the Commission released a Report and Order, Order of Proposed Modification, and Order on Reconsideration, FCC 26-46, in the above-captioned proceeding.  To correct certain internal editorial inconsistencies, this Erratum amends the released document as indicated below:  
1. In paragraph 66,, in the second sentence, the phrase “no later than one year” is corrected to read as “no later than two years” and, in the third sentence, the phrase “no later than five years” is corrected to read as “no later than six years”.
2. In paragraph 198, in the first sentence, section “27.14(x)(3)” is replaced with “27.14(x)(4)” and, in the second sentence, section “27.14(x)(3)” is replaced with “27.14(x)(4)”.
