The Commission has before it an Application for Review filed on February 8, 2001, by Hugh P. Taylor (“ Taylor”). 1 Taylor requests review of a January 8, 2001 order of the 1 Application for Review (filed Feb. 8, 2001) (“ Application for Review”). 1 Federal Communications Commission FCC 01- 211 2 Wireless Telecommunications Bureau denying Taylor’s petition to reconsider the Bureau’s January 14, 2000 Memorandum Opinion and Order granting the request to assign licenses held by Geotek Communications, Inc. to Geotek’s primary secured creditors (“ the Creditors”), and further to assign certain of those licenses from the Creditors to FCI 900, Inc., a subsidiary of Nextel Communications, Inc. (“ Nextel”). 2 2. Taylor concedes that he is raising “[ n] o new facts.” 3 He also does not argue that there has been an erroneous finding as to an important or material question of fact or cite any other factor list ed in our rules warrant ing Commission review. 4 The Application for Review provides no new information that had not been previously considered, and presents no arguments that would lead us to reverse the decision of the Bureau. The matters raised by Taylor were properly decided on delegated authority on January 14, 2000, and again on January 8, 2001, and we uphold the underlying action for the reasons stated therein. 3. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 4( i), 5( c)( 5), 309, and 310( d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U. S.
