 MEMORANDUM  OPINION  AND  ORDER 
 Adopted:  December  5,  2001  Released:  December  19,  2001 
 By  the  Commission: 
 1.  The  Commission  has  before  it  an  Application  for  Review  filed  by  Rocky  Mountain  Media  Watch  (Media  Watch)  and  oppositions  thereto  filed  by  the  licensees  of  the  above-  captioned  television 
 stations  in  Denver,  Colorado.  These  pleadings  relate  to  the  April  30,  1998  letter  decision  by  the  Chief,  Video  Services  Division,  Mass  Media  Bureau,  which  denied  Media  Watch's  petitions  to  deny  the  license 
 renewal  applications  of  the  four  Denver  stations,  and  granted  those  applications.  1 
 2.  We  have  reviewed  the  Division's  disposition  of  the  petitions  to  deny  and  find  that  its  ruling  was  correct.  Moreover,  Media  Watch  has  presented  no  material  information  which  would  provide  a  basis 
 for  reversing  the  Division’s  decision.  2 
 3.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  That  the  Application  for  Review  of  Rocky  Mountain  Media  Watch  IS  DENIED.
