The Commission has before it an Application for Review filed on November 8, 1999 by Morris Communications, Inc. (Morris). 1 Morris seeks review of a decision by the Commercial Wireless Division (Division) of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, denying its petition for reconsideration of a decision granting a partial award of a finder’s preference for frequencies 861- 865.9125 MHz to Richard Duncan d/ b/ a Anderson Communications. 2 2. Morris presents no new arguments in its Application for Review, and we see nothing in the arguments Morris has made that would lead us to change the Division decision. We therefore affirm the Division’s decision for the reasons stated therein. 3. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 5( c)( 5) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U. S.
