The Commission has before it an Application for Review filed by Dubuque TV Limited Partnership (“ Dubuque TV”), licensee of station KFXB( TV), Dubuque, Iowa, concerning KFXB( TV) ’s repeated violation of Section 73.670 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C. F. R. § 73.670, which limits the amount of commercial mat t er that may be aired during children's t elevision programming. Dubuque TV seeks reversal of the decision of the Chief, Mass Media Bureau denying its petition for reconsideration 1 of the staff’s issuance of a Notice of Apparent Liability for forfeiture in the amount of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($ 7,500) for Dubuque TV’s violation of 47 C. F. R. § 73.670. 2 2. Dubuque TV presents no new facts or arguments in its Application for Review that would persuade us to change the Bureau’s decision. We have reviewed the Bureau’s action and find that its ruling was correct. There is no reason to disturb it.
