 1.  Pursuant  to  section  410(  c)  of  the  Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended,  1  the  Commission  appoints  the  Honorable  John  D.  Burke,  Vermont  Public  Service  Board,  the  Honorable  Judith 
 G.  Ripley,  Indiana  Utility  Regulatory  Commission,  and  the  Honorable  Paul  Kjellander,  Idaho  Public  Utilities  Commission,  to  serve  on  the  Federal-  State  Joint  Board  on  Jurisdictional  Separations.  2  These 
 appointments  fill  the  positions  recently  vacated  by  the  Honorable  Thomas  Welch,  Commissioner  of  the  Maine  Public  Utilities  Commission,  the  Honorable  Joan  Smith,  Commissioner  of  the  Oregon  Public 
 Utility  Commission,  and  the  Honorable  Joseph  Mettner,  Commissioner  of  the  Wisconsin  Public  Service  Commission.  The  Commission  gratefully  acknowledges  the  contributions  of  Thomas  Welch,  Joan  Smith 
 and  Joseph  Mettner  to  the  work  of  the  Federal-  State  Joint  Board  on  Jurisdictional  Separations. 
 2.  Henceforth,  a  copy  of  all  filings  in  this  proceeding  shall  be  served  on  John  D.  Burke,  Judith  G.  Ripley  and  Paul  Kjellander  at  the  following  addresses:
