 RE:  Service  Rules  for  the  746-  764  and  776-  794  MHz  Bands,  and  Revisions  to  Part  27  of  the  Commission’s  Rules. 
 I  support  today’s  action.  In  doing  so  I  wish  to  note  that  this  item  does  not  address  the  issue  of  compensating  incumbent  license  holders  for  their  early  transition  out  of  the 
 bands  at  issue.
