 Re:  Infinity  Broadcasting  Operations,  Inc.,  Licensee  of  Station  WKRK-  FM,  Detroit,  Michigan,  Forfeiture  Order 


 I  dissent  from  this  forfeiture  order  because  I  believe  it  is  inadequate  to  address  the  serious  nature  of  this  station’s  actions.  As  I  stated  in  the  attached  dissent  when  we  issued  the  Notice  of 
 Apparent  Liability,  a  fine  of  $27,500  is  not  even  a  slap  on  the  wrist  to  Infinity  for  airing  what  can  only  be  described  as  vulgar  and  disgusting  indecency.  This  Commission  should  have  conducted  a 
 hearing  on  revocation  of  this  station’s  license.
