 I  am  pleased  that  as  we  enter  into  this  settlement  agreement,  we  have  conducted  at  least  a  preliminary  investigation  of  all  pending  indecency  complaints  against  the 
 company.  Citizens  who  have  taken  the  time  to  notify  us  of  offensive  material  heard  on  radio  or  television  should  know  that  we  have  considered  their  complaints  in  resolving  the 
 matters  before  us.
