 Re:  Infinity  Radio  License,  Inc.,  Licensee  of  Station  WLLD(  FM),  Holmes  Beach,  FL,  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order 
 This  broadcast  included  numerous  indecent  utterances.  Infinity,  the  licensee,  has  a  long  history  of  repeated  violations.  The  Bureau’s  proposed  $7,000  fine  is  inadequate; 
 each  violation  in  this  broadcast  deserves  a  much  higher  fine.  We  should  have  issued  a  new  Notice  of  Apparent  Liability  today  for  a  fine  at  least  ten  times  higher.
