 Re:  Infinity  Broadcasting  Operations,  Inc.,  Licensee  of  Station  WKRK(  FM),  Detroit,  MI,  Notice  of  Apparent  Liability  for  Forfeiture 
 This  Order  emphasizes  the  importance  of  the  Commissioner  responding  to  complaints  in  a  more  timely  fashion.  This  is  the  same  licensee  that  we  have  previously  fined  for  “egregious” 
 indecency  violations  and  warned  against  future  violations.  1  This  broadcast,  however,  actually  pre-  dates  the  broadcast  that  incurred  those  warnings.
