 1.  Pursuant  to  section  410(  b)  of  the  Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended,  1  the  Commission  appoints  the  following  State  representative  to  the  Federal-  State  Joint  Conference  on 
 Accounting  Issues  (Joint  Conference)  2  :  the  Honorable  Daryl  E.  Bassett,  Commissioner,  Arkansas  Public  Service  Commission.  3  This  appointment  fills  the  position  vacated  by  the  Honorable  Rebecca  Klein, 
 former  Chairman  of  the  Texas  Public  Utility  Commission.  The  Commission  gratefully  acknowledges  the  contributions  of  Ms.  Klein  to  the  work  of  the  Joint  Conference. 


 2.  Henceforth,  a  copy  of  each  filing  in  this  proceeding  shall  be  served  on  each  member  of  the  Joint  Conference  at  the  revised  list  of  addresses  found  in  the  Appendix  to  this  Order. 
 3.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that,  pursuant  to  section  410(  b)  of  the  Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended,  47  U.  S.  C.  §  410(  b),  this  Order  IS  ADOPTED.
