 1.  Pursuant  to  section  410(  c)  of  the  Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended,  1  the  Commission  appoints  the  Honorable  Mark  K.  Johnson,  Regulatory  Commission  of  Alaska,  to  serve  on  the 
 Federal-  State  Joint  Board  on  Jurisdictional  Separations.  2  This  appointment  fills  the  position  recently  vacated  by  the  Honorable  Diane  Munns,  Commissioner  of  the  Iowa  Utilities  Board.  The  Commission 
 gratefully  acknowledges  the  contributions  of  Diane  Munns  to  the  work  of  the  Federal-  State  Joint  Board  on  Jurisdictional  Separations. 


 2.  Henceforth,  a  copy  of  all  filings  in  this  proceeding  shall  be  served  on  Mark  K.  Johnson  at  the  following  address:
