The captioned parties filed timely their Joint Motion To Dismiss Program Carriage 
Complaint and Terminate Proceeding wherein good cause has been well pleaded for the 
requested relief. There has been no objection from the Enforcement Bureau. 
Good cause having been shown, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Dismiss 
Program Carriage Complaint with Prejudice and Terminate Proceeding filed on December 22, 
2009 by Complainant TCR Sports Broadcasting Holding, L.L.P. and Defendant Comcast 
Corporation, IS GRANTED.1
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Program Carriage Complaint filed by TCR Sports 
Broadcasting Holding, L.L.P. on July 1, 2008, IS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned proceeding is TERMINATED.
