By the Commission:
1. Pursuant to sections 254(a)(1) and 410 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,1
the Commission appoints the Honorable Anne C. Boyle, Commissioner – District 2, Nebraska Public 
Service Commission, to serve on the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service.2 This appointment 
fills the position held by the Honorable Ray Baum, Chairman of the Oregon Public Service Commission.3  
The Commission gratefully acknowledges the contributions of Ray Baum to the work of the Federal-State 
Joint Board on Universal Service.
2. Henceforth, a copy of all filings in this proceeding shall be served on Anne C. Boyle at
