By the Commission:

1. Pursuant to section 410(c) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. § 410(c). 
 the Commission appoints the Honorable John Gavan, Commissioner, Colorado Public Utilities Commission, and the Honorable Dan Lipschultz, Commissioner, Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, to serve on the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations (Separations Joint Board). The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners nominated John Gavan and Dan Lipschultz to serve as members of the Federal-State Joint Board on Separations.  See Letter from James Bradford Ramsay, General Counsel, NARUC, to the Honorable Ajit Pai, Chairman, FCC, CC Docket No. 80-286 (Feb. 9, 2019). 
    
2.  Mr. Gavan’s appointment fills the position recently vacated by the Honorable Wendy M. Moser, Commissioner, Colorado Public Utilities Commission.  The Commission gratefully acknowledges the contributions of Wendy Moser to the work of the Separations Joint Board.  Mr. Lipschultz’s appointment fills the position recently vacated by the Honorable Travis Kavulla, Commissioner, Montana Public Service Commission.  The Commission gratefully acknowledges the contributions of Travis Kavulla to the work of the Separations Joint Board.  
3. Henceforth, a copy of all filings in proceedings related to CC Docket No. 80-286 shall be served on John Gavan and Dan Lipschultz at the following addresses:
