On April 2, 2021, the FCC s Media Bureau released a Hearing Designation Order and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing in the above-captioned mater. 1 As directed by the Vandalia HDO pursuant to section 1.221(c) of the Commission s rules, a representative for Vandalia Media Partners 2 filed an appearance in this hearing proceeding on April 13, 2021.2 2. An initial status conference will be conducted virtually on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 10:00 AM via an online platform accessible to all parties. 3 On or before April 26, 2021, the parties shall submit the following information: " A proposed schedule for this case, including pre-hearing and post-hearing matters; " A description of the type of discovery anticipated, if any; and " A description of expected pre-hearing motions, including motions for protective orders. 3. This proceeding will be conducted pursuant to the written hearing procedures codified at sections 1.370 through 1.377 of the Commission s rules.4 As the proposed schedules will be discussed during the initial status conference, no written pleadings responsive to the parties scheduling submissions will be entertained. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the initial prehearing conference in this matter will be held on April 28, 2021, commencing at 10:00 a.m., at which a hearing schedule shall be set. All subsequent oral conferences, if needed, shall be conducted in this same manner unless otherwise directed. 5.
