                     ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME

      On July 26, 2021, Auburn Network, Inc. (ANI) requested an extension of time to respond to the 
motion to compel filed by the Enforcement Bureau on July 23, 2021.1  ANI seeks a one-week filing 
 extension, until August 5, 2021, due to the unavailability of an Alabama attorney from whom it needs 
 information to prepare its response.  The Presiding Judge finds this brief extension reasonable under the 
 circumstances and therefore grants it without consideration of additional pleadings in accord with section 
 1.298 of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR § 1.298.  The current deadline for the close of discovery in this 
 proceeding, August 16, 2021, will be adjusted as necessary in a subsequent ruling on the merits of other 
 pending interlocutory issues. 
  
       Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the deadline for Auburn Network, Inc. to respond to the 
 Motion to Compel filed by the Enforcement Bureau on July 23, 2021, IS EXTENDED to August 5, 
 2021.
